Certus™ Mobile provides BCS clients with 24/7 access to the critical, accurate vendor and/or tenant compliance data they are used to seeing in the web version of Certus™ — on their iOS device.

This real-time information allows property managers, off-site employees, legal staff, risk managers, etc., to quickly and easily determine whether a vendor or tenant is in compliance with their contract insurance terms and conditions. Having this information available anywhere and at anytime, is just another way that BCS helps organizations avoid working with unsafe, uninsured (or underinsured) vendors.

With Certus™ Mobile, you will have a complete listing of all your vendors and/or tenants along with their contact information, a compliance indicator (green check for compliant or red x for non-compliant), as well as a detailed view of each policy and any additional terms required for compliance. This level of detail allows you to see the actual reasons for non-compliance, which empowers your organization to make timely risk management decisions. Additionally, your vendor/tenant contact information (email, phone number, fax, etc.) is readily available for reference, as well as their agent/broker information.
